CWI conducted professional surveying and mapping services for South Florida Grading Corp. and Olympus Construction Group, LLC. for the Mason Vero Beach project, now known as Aspire Vero Beach. This property encompasses a three-story garden-style community with 176 units, situated on 21.99 acres. The community features amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, and detached garages for residents.

CWI’s services for this project included formboard surveys, final surveys, stakeout for FPL trench & utilities, 3 crossings, service lines, fire lines, finish curbing & bluetops, as well as stakeout for buildings and garages, compactor, monument sign, mail kiosk, and light poles throughout the site.

Additionally, CWI provided as-builts for service and fire lines, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, rock or paving, lakes/retention areas, and force mains throughout the site. Elevation certificates, including garage structures, were provided, along with a water easement sketch and description.
