CWI was contracted to provide surveying and civil engineering services for a new 0.6177-acre residential community development of six luxury townhomes, Sirene Villas, located in Delray Beach, Florida.

CWI conducted boundary and topographic surveys, and modified the plat based on agency feedback. Applications were prepared and submitted to the City of Delray Beach for approval.  Permanent reference monuments were set along the site boundary, and all corners of the plat were properly monumented in accordance with local regulations.

During the design phase, CWI served as Engineer of Record, and prepared detailed construction drawings for proposed water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems within five feet of the planned buildings, as well as finished pavement grades.  Plans were revised as necessary and submitted to both the City and SFWMD.  Utility coordination was provided throughout the process, and permit applications for construction were prepared and submitted to both agencies.

During the construction phase, CWI served as Engineer of Record, attending pre-construction meetings, as well as coordinating and monitoring existing site improvements. CWI Construction inspectors conducted regular site visits, and conducted semi-final and final inspections, to ensure all systems were built using proper techniques and in accordance with approved plans.

The UAS Operations team conducted photogrammetry and LiDAR services.

Upon completion, CWI issued a certification letter confirming full compliance, which was submitted to the relevant agencies for approval and project closeout. The project required coordination with the City of Delray Beach and SFWMD through all phases of development.
