Culpepper Ranch | Jupiter, FL
Municipal
Project Details:
Culpepper Ranch, a 1,294-acre property, is part of more than 20,000 acres of conservation lands north of the town of Jupiter in Martin County. CWI provided a range of surveying and UAS services for the Culpepper Ranch Phase II project.
CWI employed both traditional topographic surface surveys and aerial LiDAR scanning to ensure greater accuracy in surface modeling, design verification, and site grading assessments. This combined survey approach improves accuracy in verification and ensures precise documentation.
Surveying services included staking and grading the top of the bank, along with staking 10 critical drainage and outfall structures. The scope also covered staking the eastern project limits at specific stations within wooded areas. To ensure accuracy across the site, boundary and vertical control verification calculations were performed to uphold precise layout and elevation standards.
CWI was also responsible for staking silt fence locations as part of environmental protection measures, along with the full stakeout and as-built documentation of the storm drainage system and any revised control structures. Additional layout efforts included staking the centerline and toe of slope for the berm, followed by detailed as-built surveys to verify constructed conditions.
The UAS Operations team conducted LiDAR services to collect high-resolution topographic data.
All deliverables for this phase were finalized and submitted in the form of professional prints and mylars for project documentation and record-keeping.
