Under a continuing contract, Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. (CWI) was tasked by the City of Tamarac to provide Professional Surveying & Mapping Services relating to the City’s Comprehensive Signage Program. This project is a publicly funded, City-wide branding initiative to create a sense of identity for the City of Tamarac and respond to the Community’s need for replacement of outdated signs. CWI surveyed and drafted several Sketches and Legal Descriptions for existing and future sign and easement locations, including but not limited to Lyons and Commercial for an FPL Easement Sketch and Legal Description, Westwood 3 Monument Sign, and Tamarac Gardens East & West Monument Signs.  Fees vary by work order.
