Project Details:
Under a Continuing Professional Services Contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. (CWI) is providing surveying and mapping services to support utility upgrades for the City of Port St. Lucie. The project involves the installation of a 16-inch force main extending from Becker Road to the Westport Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF).
CWI is providing a full boundary survey, from right-of-way to right-of-way, with an extra 5 feet added on both sides. Our scope also includes conducting detailed route, topographic and tree surveys, plus canal cross sections at key locations.
At the Turnpike crossing, the boundary survey includes expanded coverage:
-100′ north of westbound Becker Road
-150′ south of eastbound Becker Road
-The entire crossing area within the Turnpike R/W
