Career Showcase is a University of Florida tradition. It offers recruiters the opportunity to find talented students and alumni for their organization.

Hosted by the university’s Career Connections Center, it is the largest campus-hosted career fair in the Southeast. Career Showcase is a two-day event that brings together students and employers for in-person networking and recruiting. Each day is streamlined towards professions in different areas with day one as non technically focused, including business, non-profits, government, social services, hospitality, retail, etc and day two is focused around careers in technical fields, engineering, I.T., healthcare, construction, and more. In fall 2021, over 5,000 students from non-technical and technical fields attended Career Showcase to network with over 300 employers.
