CWI provided comprehensive surveying and mapping services for the Sundy Village project, supporting multiple phases of site development and construction of the site. Sundy Village is a newly developed mixed-use destination located at the intersection of Atlantic and Swinton Avenues in Delray Beach. The site features a blend of retail shops, restaurants, and boutique office spaces.

Key services included preparing an FPL sketch and legal description, conducting new building surveys for Buildings A through D in accordance with grant requirements, and performing water table as-builts.

To support site layout and construction, the survey team carried out site calculations, verified boundary and vertical controls, and completed stakeouts for building pads, subgrades, finish curbing, bluetops, tin tabs, and storm drainage systems. We provided as-built surveys for building pads, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, and paving or rock installations.

Additional work involved property corner and sheet pile stakeouts, setting offsets around site equipment and materials that obstructed the centerline force main layout, and establishing finish elevations to ensure proper depth clearance.

CWI staked the east end of the parking area on SW 1st Street, set grade elevations for ramps at Buildings C, E, and G, and surveyed the existing curb lines to coordinate tie-ins with the new walkway construction. The survey team established spot grades and slab grades for stair installation at Building E, and staked the service road entrance. A topographic survey was also conducted of the existing curb to support tie-in with new walk areas.
