CWI conducted professional surveying and mapping services at the Boca Pointe Golf Club in Boca Raton, FL, including detailed ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys tailored to meet the project’s unique requirements and ensure precision in property documentation.

Members of the resort-style club enjoy access to the club’s 18-hole championship golf course, 15 tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and 80,000 square foot clubhouse complete with dining venues and a swimming pool.

As part of the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, CWI’s professional land surveyors provided calculations and stakeouts, and identified and documented existing easements and rights-of-way.

All site improvements including buildings, cart paths, and water features, were located and recorded. The survey also assessed topographic features such as elevation changes and drainage patterns to support effective land use and course maintenance. Additionally, a detailed depiction of utilities and infrastructure present on the property was provided.

The survey ensured compliance with local zoning and land use regulations relevant to the golf course operations. Upon completion, the survey was certified to the designated parties.
